Electricity is included in the rates (cooking & heating is all electric).

The journey from Caen is approx. 180 miles / 4hrs 30mins' driving.

N.B. Holding fee of £50 per week (£80 per week for high season weeks) required to secure booking. This will also act as a security for breakages or damages and will be refundable after the holiday when confirmation has been received that all was well after your departure and on safe return of keys (keys must be back with us by the end of the following week after your stay). This refundable payment is over and above the above-stated rates (it is not refundable if booking is cancelled). Full payment to be received 4 weeks prior to commencement of holiday - keys and directions will be sent to you approx. 10 days after receipt of the cheque to allow time for its clearance.
